A term used in "Point Break" that has seeped into everyday blog and news use to reassure everyone that, indeed, the plane in question is perfectly good, as opposed to regularly good, or better-jump-it's-gonna-to-blow-up-in-10-seconds good. The people of the Internet greatly treasure this seemingly pointless phrase. Known in Britain as "Perfectly Serviceable Aeroplane"
